Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time & Costs
We offer standard worldwide shipping with the following estimated delivery times:
- USA & Canada: 7-15 business days
- Europe: 7-20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-25 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-30 business days
Free shipping on all orders over $39. Orders below this amount may have a shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 days for the tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which vary by country. Customers are responsible for these additional charges.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not a final sale or personalized product.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-14 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
